Who doesn’t like a Snickerdoodle Cookie?! I have yet to meet someone. The cinnamon and sugar are simple delightful together. So, how about a Snickerdoodle Cake!? Yes, cake! Think a Snickkerdoodle in cake format with cinnamon and sugar on top, and the bottom, and then add in chocolate chips to … well … add some chocolate in too. This was seriously great, super quick and easy to make, and devoured quickly. Enjoy! 😋
