This November Measure K will be on your ballot and is titled “Ordinance to Revitalize Commercial and Industrial Areas and Protect Residential Neighborhoods”.

According to Costa Mesa City Councilman Don Harper, this measure will remove your right to vote on high density projects in your neighborhood. He believes this Measure paves the way for a development plan driven by Sacramento and NOT the residents of our city. In 2016, residents approved Measure Y that gave them a VOTE in high-density projects; Measure K removes that right.
