Breaking news in the Premier League today that Everton Football Club's have been hit with another point deduction for their second breach of Financial Fair play regulations. This comes after the club had already been hit with a 10 point deduction this season for breaching PSR, that was later reduced to 6 points after appeal.

But how does this effect Nottingham Forest own PSR case and does this now set a new precedent for what the punishment will be for Forest after our appeal is heard. Although both cases are different and circumstances are not the same. As this was Everton's second charge and the club argued that they shouldn't be punished for the same breach twice. But with Everton already announcing they will appeal this decision, does this mean that both clubs will be given points back after the hearings for the appeals have been concluded.

So what would the Premier League table look like now that Everton have had their second point deduction, and what does it mean for the Premier League relegation battle. And with both Forest's and Everton's appeal still to be decided are we no closer to knowing who is going down this season.
