Downspouts coming loose from a home is one of the most common gutter issues. If you need to reattach a downspout or are installing a new downspout it's important to use the right gutter screws.

To properly install your downspout straps you will need to use two screws. A 1 1/2" gutter hanger screw to fasten the strap to the home's wall and a 1/2" painted gutter screw to fasten the downspout to your strap.

Homes with brick, stucco and concrete walls will need to have a small hole drilled and a wall anchor added before screwing in your downspout screw.
