It probably goes without saying that when it comes to Hollywood fame and fortune, there can be a huge pressure on you to look a certain way. Insert: cosmetic surgery.

Don’t get us wrong: there’s nothing wrong with plastic surgery, especially if it’s something you really want to do and the outcome genuinely helps you feel like your best self. In that case, by all means, do it! But in many cases, especially when it comes to young Hollywood stars, it can be the result of intense scrutiny, comparison and pressure from those around you.

But then, of course, there are people who genuinely want to alter their bodies in some way and later decide that they want to reverse their procedures. And there’s nothing wrong with that either. But putting aside the reasons these celebrities decided to give plastic surgery a go in the first place, they’ve all come around to ultimately deciding it wasn’t for them.

We’ll say this now: while most of the Kar-Jenners have likely undergone procedures that they prefer to keep to themselves, they have been open about Botox and other fillers. And Kim, Khloe and Kylie have all had their regrets about that. The same can be said for Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz. And when it comes to breast augmentations, just ask Chrissy Teigen and Kourtney Kardashian what their real thoughts on that procedure are.
