A quick demo of my first board set with the software complete to allow the Spengler Neutrona Wand to control a set of Ghostbusters proton pack electronics boards.

The Spengler wand does not normally have a way to control other electronics, but with some surgery and soldering the new Spengler Link board will change that. The Spengler Link board uses a stereo audio cable to output sounds from the wand and also a control signal to indicate what the wand is doing.

The Spengler Link board also has a separate cable to use regulated power from the sound board to replace the need for batteries in the wand. A high capacity 12V rechargeable battery can provide days of ghost busting fun for both the pack and the wand!

The electronics consist of:
1) SpenglerLink board to go inside the Spengler wand to generate a control signal and also send out audio.
2) Spengler Sound board, to decode the commands and amplify sounds.
3) Spirit Pack Lights (new version) to enable 4 different cyclotron colors.

The video does not show the cyclotron lights too well. The proton pack mode colors are RED and the Meson pack is YELLOW and does not appear to strobe like it shows in this video.
