This is a 45 minute long class featuring "STEP TABATA". We will do 8 Tabata cycles. Each cycle repeats an exercise 8 times. Each time is 20 seconds long. Push yourself during the 20 seconds. Then, you get 10 second rest between each exercise and a 1 minute rest between each Tabata cycle. You will need a step bench. This video is a challenging, yet gentle and safe strengthening cardio workout. And, this workout can be on the floor without a bench!
