🔸 Ingredients:
20-30 chicken wings and legs
2 tbsp cornstarch
Oil spray
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Buffalo Sauce:

3 tbsp butter
1 bottle of your favorite hot sauce (I used Texas Pete)
Pinch of garlic powder

Blue Cheese Sauce:

1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup greek yogurt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup of half and half
Salt and pepper to taste

Dry Spice:

2 tbsp NM red chile powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

🔸 Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer at 400° for 10 minutes. Cut 20-30 chicken wings so that the leg and wing are separated. You can also ask your butcher to do this for you. Now using paper towels pat the chicken wings completely dry. Add 2 tbsp cornstarch, salt and pepper to a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the wings and mix until they are completely coated.

Spray the fryer with oil. Layer the wings in the air fryer evenly so as not to overcrowd it. Spray the wings with oil and cook them for about 25 minutes, turning them over at the half-way point. They should be golden brown and crispy.

Remove the chicken from the air fryer into a large bowl and add enough dry spice to evenly coat the chicken.

While the chicken is cooking, you can put together your wing sauce and blue cheese dressing. Start by melting 3 tbsp of butter. Then add a bottle of your favorite hot sauce along with some garlic powder. Stir and set aside.

To make the blue cheese dressing, add the crumbled blue cheese to a bowl, along with the greek yogurt, garlic powder, and half and half. Mix until it is all combined and set aside.
