In this video I will show you how to make white chocolate ganache. For regular chocolate ganache I like mixing dark and milk chocolate so its neither too bitter nor too sweet. Preparation method would be the same for both types of ganache. If you want to use ganache between the cake layers or to pipe cupcakes then I recommend whipping up the ganache to make it fluffy and light. However whipping the ganache shortens its shelf life. Recipes for both ganache are down below.

RECIPE FOR WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Cooking/baking white chocolate 900gm
Double cream 300ml

RECIPE FOR REGULAR CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Cooking/baking dark chocolate 200gm
Cooking/baking milk chocolate 300gm
double cream 300ml
