Here at last. My remix of Gerudo Valley from Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. I've had this piece planned out in my head for years, but I've only just gotten to it. I hope you enjoy this piece! I used a lot of Middle Eastern instruments in this, supplemented only by violins, cellos and a zither. The rest of the song is constructed from samples of genuine Middle Eastern instruments including the oud, santoor, ney, zither, tar, duff, zills, zarb and kashiklar. Part of my goal with this arrangement was to make it sound almost like something one would hear on a very exciting travel program. The original song was composed by Koji Kondo.
