Flo by Moen has a new replacement kit for...drumroll...the turbine. It is not something you can order online at moen.com yet, but you can call in to Moen Plus Support at 1-800-289-6636. You'll have to know your device size as there is a replacement turbine available for both the 3/4" device and 1-1/4" device.

Second, verify you have the o-rings--or that they are in good enough condition to put back in place before you order the new turbine. Save on that shipping cost!
