The artist Dr. Bob Hieronimus from Baltimore is a true rock star for Bulli fans: With paint and brush, he transformed his T1 into the legendary Woodstock Bus, which has been a symbol of the hippie movement and an absolute cult since 1969. Named after its owner's band, Bob Grimm, the "Light" bus was a perfect fit for the "mother of all festivals" and captured the lifestyle of an entire generation. Now, Dr. Bob has a new project: The "Love the Earth" bus is a beautiful ID. Buzz adorned with the motto written in 25 languages from around the world. The design is inspired by a poster Hieronimus designed in 1972 for the first Earth Day. And when he visits the legendary OCTO Show in Los Angeles with Christian—a gathering exclusively for first-generation buses—the audience is thrilled. Dr. Bob tells us the real story behind the Woodstock Bus and what the symbols mean.
