"War is not just a sign of the end times, it is a sign of the corruption of mankind, and their desperate need for a Savior."

The history of the world is of people killing one another. When there were only 2 brothers walking the earth, one rose up to kill the other. Cain was jealous and lusted for what his brother Able had, and for the first time, blood was shed.

Ever since Cain slew his brother Able, men and women have been killing each another. It is impossible to count the number of people who have been slain in warfare, and by other means. From what we do know, it is no doubt in the hundreds of millions. When will the killing stop? How this hatred and blood-lust must grieve the heart of God.

SCRIPTURES:

***THE ORIGIN OF WAR***

FROM WHERE COMES WAR ~ James‬ ‭4:1‭-‬3‬

[1] FROM WHENCE COME WARS and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your LUSTS that war in your members?

[2] You LUST, and have not: you kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: YOU FIGHT AND WAR, yet you have not, because you ask not.

[3] You ask, and receive not, because you ask amiss, that you may consume it upon your LUSTS.

YOU WILL NOT COVET ~ Exodus‬ ‭20:17‬

[17] Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

I HAD NOT KNOWN LUST EXCEPT ~ Romans‬ ‭7:7‬

[7] What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the Law: for I had not known Lust, except the Law had said, 'Thou shalt not covet.'

A TIME FOR WAR & PEACE ~ Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3:1‬ & 8b

[1] To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

[8]...a time of war, and a time of peace.

***A TIME FOR WAR***

1/4 OF THE EARTH WILL DIE ~ Revelation‬ ‭6:7‭-‬8‬

[7] And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

[8] And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth [1/4] part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

MANY ON EARTH DIE ~ Revelation‬ ‭8:10‭-‬11‬

[10] And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

[11] and the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men [??] died of the waters, because they were made bitter."

1/3 OF THE EARTH WILL DIE ~ Revelation‬ ‭9:18‬-21

[18] By these three was the third part [1/3] of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

[19] For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

[20] And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
