Sympathy for the families of those we are searching for is something we’ve always experienced. However, empathy is a new territory for us.
Unfortunately, this time, the missing person is family of one of our own, Eric (Ride or Dive).
Vanished! Search And Recovery Team Sonaring Lake For Missing Man Shawn Zorio
Shawn Zorio, a 40-year-old man, is the cousin of Eric. Shawn made a trip to Meridian, MS in July to gather his things and was never heard from again.
After learning that Shawn may have had access to a Volkswagen van, it opened the door for us to a part of the search to bring Shawn home.
Our biggest goal was to knock out Bonita Lakes due to its proximity to his last known location.
Joined by Depths of History, and after a stressful day of boat repairs, we were able to finally get on the water.
