In this video, a long time user and I go over a live build out for a client in the medical space. We installed an AI assistant for their inbound leads with a live chat widget on their website and for their socials medias.

We build out the assistant to answer questions from a knowledge base, fill out the contact information that GoHighLevel misses on chat widgets, emergency protocols, appointment booking flow, how to 'train' and improve your AI, and an internal appointment showing workflow to communicate with the AI.
