In 2013 I found myself a 1976 Datsun 280Z. It had a V8 barely put together in the engine bay and smelt of the lifestyle of the 80s. I learned everything in that car. The pains of garage builds and the struggle of figuring everything out as a "first." I learned how to install an aftermarket exhaust on the car and I also learned that you can trust old gas gauges. This was the car that started the chapter of my Wisconsin Car Enthusiast Club life and became the closest example of my personality as a young car enthusiast.

I sold that car in 2017 to accommodate my move to Appleton when I started working for Fitment Industries. It was one of the hardest decisions I had ever made, but I did it to move into something more practical and could consolidate our duplex we rented. A part of me always wanted that car back until I realized that going back to it would just be reliving a chapter of my life that was already past. So instead, I put in an allocation back in 2021 for a new Nissan Z, not expecting much to come of it. Fast forward to today, and Bergstrom Nissan of Appleton handed me the keys to a brand new 2023 Nissan Z AT MSRP. I'm in awe, and even though i'm scared because i've never owned something new, i'm excited for what this car will signify; a new chapter.

We'll be USING this Nissan Z across drifting, autocross, and track racing. We plan to modify it with aftermarket parts such as exhaust, intake, advan wheels, Michelin tires and so much more.
