- 1/2c oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 egg
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1/3c yogurt
- 1tsp baking powder

♡ recipe: ginger shots!
- 200g ginger (washed, don't peel!)
- 5/6 lemons juiced
- 1 apple (opt.)
- 1 orange (also opt. but makes it nicer)
- 1tbsp honey
- 1tsp turmeric (or more, up to you bestie)

♡ recipe: cinnamon crunch granola
- 3c rolled oats
- 1c walnuts (or any nuts)
- 1/4 cup 0cal syrup
- 1/4c honey
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1/4c hemp seeds
- 1/4c pumpkin seeds
