Get the inside scoop from WMG staff and then write your comments on Tucson Water’s long-range water resource management plan that aims to protect the reliability and quality of Tucson's water supply through 2100. The Plan looks at managing Tucson's water supply holistically—as One Water—and is intended to serve as a guide for Tucson Water's capital planning and conservation practices.

This is our critical opportunity to ensure we restore and protect groundwater and surface water as part of our One Water Plan. WMG staff have identified a few areas that need more emphasis in the plan and our Executive Director Lisa Shipek and Program Director Catlow Shipek will go into more detail during this virtual event about these areas and what we hope to see in the plan to ensure a hydro-local future for the Tucson community. We will also discuss the importance of and how to make comments on the plan itself.
