I possess an ONA Leather Bowery (ONA014LBR) bag, and I've noticed that the brass strap closures inadvertently open from time to time. This typically occurs when I'm using the bag or walking with it; the brass strap closure gets snagged on my clothes, causing it to unexpectedly open and resulting in the bag dropping to the floor along with my photo equipment.

In order to address this design flaw, I believe ONA BAGS company could consider several potential solutions:

Reinforce the Closure: They could reinforce the strength of the brass strap closures so they are less likely to accidentally unfasten.

Redesign: A redesign of the closure mechanism may be necessary if reinforcement is not enough. The new design should aim for a secure yet easy-to-use locking system that reduces accidental openings.

Material Selection: Reevaluating their choice of material might also help. Using materials that are less prone to catching onto fabrics could prevent unintentional opening.

User Testing: Conducting more rigorous user testing before launching a product can help identify such issues early on, allowing them to be addressed before reaching consumers.

Feedback Mechanism: Lastly, establishing a robust feedback mechanism where users can report such issues will allow ONA BAGs company to quickly rectify any problems and continually improve their products based on real user experiences.

What do you think about ONA BAGS company what they need to do to resolve this design flaw ?
