In this video we are making glow in the dark balloon garlands - 75 feet of them!

Technically, they’re blacklight balloon garlands, but they still glow in the dark, so that counts, right?

It’s actually the ONLY type of glow in the dark balloon I was able to find, and as far as I’m aware, blacklight balloons are all that’s out there in terms of glow in the dark. (Link below.)

This is a bit different than my other balloon garland tutorials & DIY how tos, but I hope you like it!
