TRIATHALON TO WORK: When I realised, as an active 42 year old, that I’d never done a triathlon, I thought geeze, I need to do something about that! So, being a practical kinda fella, I decided to do my first swim-ride-run as a way of getting to work. This, my friends, was an excellent commute!
