Currie Mountain is located along the Saint John River just off Clements Drive (Hwy 105) in Douglas, New Brunswick, Canada. The mountain is currently owned by the University of New Brunswick but is used by a number of schools in the area to teach students about mature forests and associated flora and fauna. The public uses the trails on the mountain for hiking, dog walking and mountain biking. Currie Mountain is especially interesting as it is volcanic in origin.

This video showcases the natural beauty of this area with aerial and forest floor level shots. The mature Eastern White Pine shown here are some of biggest in the province and can be over 400 years old. You'll also see a fallen down chimney where a small house once was.
