Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're trying something a little special. We occasionally receive questions regarding meat delivery and where to find high quality meats such as wagyu. Since we've been big fans of Crowd Cow since we first tried them out in 2018 (   • 🥩 Crowd Cow Review: The Best Way To B...  ) we decided to order a box to review some of their more high-end meats, including their wagyu beef. Specifically, we ordered 2 4 oz A5 Wagyu Petite Striploins from the Miyazaki Gyu Farm. Just those 2 steaks came out to $100! I was a little worried that we made a mistake ordering such expensive steak, especially considering each is only 4 oz, which is pretty small. However, one bite in and I could immediately tell why these steaks are so expensive. Without a doubt, this was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. It was juicy, tender, and basically just melts in your mouth. I gave a small piece of fat from the steak to my dog and I've never seen him act so happy in my life, haha.
