Contemporary Performance (Production Concentration) graduate students at Berklee's campus in Valencia met classically trained students from Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía to create De Norte a Sur, de Este a Oeste, a musical collaboration where where classical and modern musical traditions went hand-in-hand. It was a project where students from very different backgrounds came together to celebrate the diversity of culture and music.

Through this cross-collaboration, students and faculty shaped a unique proposal to show us that music is a universal language that unites us, allows us to share and learn about the multicultural richness of other countries, and helps us understand each other.

After their concert in València, students had the opportunity to travel to Madrid to share the repertoire with new audiences.
