This toilet was partially clogged in the rim due to a flush valve cap which can be seen at 12:16 in the rim and at 13:15 in the bowl. It seems like there's a pattern of these horrible toilets being partially clogged, the same thing happened to my 1992 Lamosa Sahara and my 2003 Niagara Flapperless. All of these toilets deserved it anyway so it really doesn't bother me that I smashed them.
