Tbh, cooking feels like a chore most of the time, so I try to keep my meals as quick and easy as possible! My husband and I believe that quality animal protein is the best source of protein and nutrition, so that's what we mainly focus on to keep us healthy and energized for jiu jitsu, strength workouts and overall daily life.
