Growing up as a city kid, I always wondered how our food was produced and how all that big farm machinery worked. I met my friend Doug on an airplane in 2014 and have visited his farm in southern Minnesota a few times but have never been a part of the planting process. Today on Escaping Quarantine, we leave the cabin and head to southern MN to finish up planting the Bean crop! My son and dad and I get to rid along in the big John Deere Tractors, and Doug and his brother Rick give us a tour of the JD DB60 Grain Planting Implement.
