We discovered crumbling concrete on several sections of the Champlain Towers North condominium, in Miami Beach. This is the sister building to the Champlain Towers South condominium that collapsed in Surfside, Florida in 2021. We will show you all of the bubbling paint we found and the crumbling cracking concrete, also the spalling concrete, and the damage to the patios. We will also answer the question that we received from many people on our video from March showing shoring polls on the patios here, and why the shoring poles stop at the second floor of the concrete flat slab building but do not go carry the load all the way down to the ground. We also show you examples of 40-year re-certifications, and what condos are required to do about them.
