I can’t believe we were finally able to pull off a date night AND film it. My poor skin is in dire need of some regular attention. Now that the girls are a little older I’m hoping to make self care & skin care more of a priority. While I have been doing the bare minimum (skin care) most of the time. I have been using the red light / infrared light mask at night right before bed. Honestly I fall asleep with it on sometimes haha ! But it’s sooo relaxing and I do realize a difference in the next morning. My skin just feels happier and over less inflamed.

Have you tried an LED facial mask before or red light therapy at night to help promote better sleep ?
