or how I made it through my commute...

Inspired by loud fellow passengers on a very crowded commuter train, I had a thought to pose this challenge to anyone willing to join me.

When we feel stressed out, annoyed, angered, overwhelmed or any other strong feeling, the key to rebalancing our systems and our selves is our breath. Join me as I take deep breaths for 30 seconds and please let me know in the comments how you feel afterwards!
