After years of speculation, Walter White and Jesse Pinkman have entered Better Call Saul. Expectations were sky high for their return, and the writers (surprisingly) managed to include the duo in a way that helps us better understand Saul Goodman and his successor, Gene. Episode 11 sheds light on Saul's desire for trauma-concealing projects like Walter White. Jimmy's pain must be offset by high-risk bets, and Walter was the joker he couldn't see hiding in the deck.
