In this video we make a super easy and delicious snack, Bacon Rings!

Thin cut bacon wrapped around thick cut onion slices and seasoned with Meat Church Holy Voodoo (use your favorite rub but the voodoo amazing).
Toss them on the grill at 300f, I used my Traeger Timberline 850. The pellet grill works great for these but use what you have. They will take approx. an hour to cook completely but they are ready when the bacon is at your desired doneness.

These are great as is for a snack, but you can brush them with BBQ sauce, or sauce on the side to dip, or toss them on a burger, etc. So many way to enjoy!
