Should You OVERLAND With A Blackstone Griddle? Hmm
There's plenty of pros and cons about using a Blackstone griddle for overlanding. Think hard about the weight and space you have in your vehicle. I put this 17" griddle to the test on my last trip and learned a lot. Is a more simple approach better than a cook station? I think it's up to you and what you enjoy most about overlanding. Here's what I learned. Enjoy!
UPDATE! Since this video was made, I stick to my conclusions. I did set the 17" Blackstone (with optional stand) on my back patio, plumbed it to natural gas and I LOVE IT! I can feed a family of 4 in one batch. Better then pots and pans. Perfect addition to the BBQ.
