Despite my background as a NASA personal trainer, even I need a guiding hand sometimes. As they say, "trainers need trainers."

Next on the agenda? Therapy sessions. Yup, I'm breaking down the stigma and discussing the importance of mental health check-ins. It's like hitting a reset button for the mind, and trust me, the post-session clarity is worth every moment of initial reluctance.

But wait, there's more! Van life enthusiasts, this one's for you. I spill the beans on the ongoing saga of converting my humble abode on wheels. Spoiler alert: it's been quite the adventure. From decluttering to deep cleaning, I'm leaving no nook or cranny untouched. And let's not forget the joys of touch-up paint and shopping for van essentials at Walmart – who knew a handheld vacuum could bring such satisfaction?

Oh, and did I mention the impending sale of my trusty van, Charlene? It's bittersweet, but change is on the horizon, my friends. With plans to hit the road again for a gig up in North Dakota, the journey never truly ends.
