Today's video is the final round for the limited step push hands at the Kuo Shu Int'l Championship in 2023. This match is versus Michael R. the son of my Sifu. He is featured in another push hands video if you want to see more of him on my page! His background is in wrestling and he has been practicing to incorporate more Tai Chi into his approach. For Mike, the freedom to the touch the ground and the ability do more physically are taken away from him in this competition. The regulating and his usage of the weight/energy given to him, are some differences he is exploring.
