Dim Sum & Cars was a fusion of two beloved traditions in the neighborhood - the local Chinese dim sum cuisine and the appreciation of unique cars. Imperial Garden Seafood Restaurant, a neighborhood staple since 1995, sold their delicious dishes on-site. The Portola Neighborhood Association had also created a Portola dim sum guide, encouraging attendees to go on a "dim sum crawl" and try a range of dishes from various local eateries.

In addition to the culinary delights, attendees were treated to a display of interesting cars from San Pancho Califas Car Club. These cars, ranging in models and age, were parked along the parking lot. Car enthusiasts had the chance to admire the vehicles and engage with the owners to learn more about the history and details of these unique automobiles.
