One@Work App Review (Formerly Even App): Walmart Associates get paid Early App, Weekly with Instapay on Even Plus, Automatic Instapay & Manual Instapay, Earned wage Access, Its Your Money

The Even Plus App allows Walmart Associates to receive 50% of their paycheck early on the app. As you work each day you accumulate money towards an Instapay which is an early advance of your earnings.

Associates can get paid today or the next business day with Instapay on Even Plus to allow funds to be deposited to their bank account. You need to make sure to get the Even Plus App to use Instapay so that you can receive the payday advance.

The Even app allows workers to receive a Manual Instapay of their check, which is an advance of their earnings. Employees won’t need to calculate their earnings, because Even has partnered with Walmart to make it a benefit for associates.

The Automatic Instapay is an automatic payment of your earnings the week after you receive your paycheck. This essentially allows you to control your cash flow better and puts you in control of the money you’ve worked for.

You can adjust the amount you take out, and you can also setup savings accounts in the app.

Get Paid Weekly with EVEN PLUS APP:
1. 1 Manual Instapay per week ( Starts after first day worked)
2. 1 Manual Instapay the week after your payday
3. 1 regular paycheck biweekly minus the even app deductions

How to Get Paid Early with Even Plus App:

1. Download Even App, then update or install the Even Plus App to use the Instapay feature.

2. On the bottom of the screen you will see three options ( Spend, Earn, & Profile) click Earn.

3. You will see an estimate of your paycheck and how much is available to Instapay.

4. If you want to take out money from your paycheck that you've accumulated click Instapay, and choose the desired amount.

5. Slide the bar to the desired amount you want to request.

6. Once you choose the amount you want, next select the option of "Bank Deposit" ( Have your money sent to a bank account that you created during or after setting up the even app)
or "Cash Pickup"( Have your money available instantly to pick up at any US Walmart Money Center).

Even App Bank Deposit:

1. Choose the amount of money you want to take from your paycheck up to 50%, and then Choose Bank Deposit.

2. Choose the bank account or account you want the money to be sent to.

3. Confirm your Instapay and agree to the terms.

4. Sign your signature and press "Send My Money".

5. Receive your money at the time designated by the app.

Even App Cash Pickup:

1. Choose the amount of money you want to take from your paycheck up to 50%, and then Choose Cash Pickup.

2. You'll need to meet all of the requirements to pick up your Instapay at Walmart.

3. The requirements are ID that matches payroll, know your SSN, and mailing address.

4. The ID's accepted are U.S. Drivers License, U.S. State ID, Passport ( Any Country), U.S. Permanent Resident ID, Military ID, U.S. Tribal ID, and Mexican Matricula Consular.

5. Choose the ID and click I'll bring this ID.

6. Confirm your Instapay and agree to the terms.

7. Sign your signature and press "Send My Money".

8. Receive your money at any U.S. Walmart in Money Center. Be Sure to check the money center for hours of operation.

As you accumulate earnings for each day of work Even tracks your earnings. If you earned $700 for the pay period you can deduct $350 from that paycheck, and receive it the next day or same day. Pay attention to the notices at the top of the screen for banking holidays and evens payment schedule changes. There is a monthly charge of $6, with every 3rd month free for Walmart associates. This is a payday loan alternative and allows you to have access to your money in times of need.
