Mike Pachan has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to the cannabis industry. Over 10 years in fact.

Mike and I discuss his early day in the cannabis industry when Marijuana was newly passed in Colorado as medicinal and types of healing that people were looking for in cannabis.

We also discuss his passion for business and building organizations from the inside by implementing processes, procedures, and employee training that focus on great customer service by understanding the needs of the patients and educating them on cannabis in areas they were naive in before.

Mike shares what it takes to get started in the cannabis industry as well as some of the marketing trends that are happening.

We also discuss the ingredient mix in a few of his CBD products, made by his company Mountain Made, and why he believes taking a high dose, and only a high dose, is the way to properly use CBD.

Mike shares his thoughts on entrepreneurship and how building a life for yourself by using your own skill set on your terms is the American Dream.
