3 Ways to use leftover (or canned) Chili

Tex Mex Taco Rice Bake

2 cups of cooked rice (instant or homemade)
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can of rotel, drained
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of chili or 2 cups of cooked chili
Shredded cheese of choice for topping

Mix together all ingredients except cheese in a casserole dish, top with cheese, and bake at 375 for 20 minutes until edges are bubbling and cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings, can be meal prepped for lunches or easy dinners

Chili Cheese Fries

Velveeta cheese sauce (1 to 2 packets)
Rotel (drained if preferred)
1 can of chili or 2 cups of cooked chili
Shredded cheese of choice for topping
2 bags of french fries or tater tots of choice

Bake, fry or air fry your fries until crispy. Mix velveeta with rotel and set aside. When Fries are crispy. layer them on a sheet tray with cheese sauce, chili, and shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese on top has melted. Makes 4 servings

"Chili" Helper
1 box of hamburger helper, flavor of choice
1 can of chili or 2 cups of cooked chili
Vegetables of choice, adjust based on flavor of helper chosen

Make hamburger helper according to package instructions, add extra vegetables if desired. once pasta is cooked stir in chili and let heat through for 1 to 2 additional minutes. Makes 2 to 3 servings
