Non-seasonally adjusted -

New Home Sales - up 7.14% YOY and 5.26% MOM (Jan to Feb 23 saw a 1.82% increase last year)
Existing Home Sales - up .74% YOY and 15.81% MOM (Jan to Feb 23 saw a 16.45% MOM increase)

Case Shiller - down -.10% MOM and up 6.03% YOY
