Mix Vegetable Pakora
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Palak (Spinach) chopped 1 Cup
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1 Cup
-Aloo (Potato) julienne 1 Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 2-3
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Baking soda 1/4 tsp
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In bowl,add gram flour,spinach,cabbage,capsicum,green onion,potatoes,carrot,onion,fresh coriander, green chilies,red chili powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt,baking soda and mix well.
-Gradually add water and mix until thick batter is formed.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry vegetable pakora on low flame until golden brown.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve!

Directions:
-Bowl mein baisan,palak,bund gobhi,shimla mirch,hara pyaz,aloo,gajar,pyaz,hara dhania,hari mirch,lal mirch powder,sabut dhania,zeera,namak aur baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka thick batter tayyar ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per vegetable pakora ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Chaat masala dal ker serve karein.
Pyaz Pakora
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 4 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 2-3
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) 1 pinch or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In bowl,add onion,salt and mix well.
-Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,green chili,red chili crushed,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add gram flour and mix well.
-Gradually add water,mix well,add yellow food color and mix until thick batter is formed.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry onion pakora on low flame until golden brown.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve!

-Sabut dhania,zeera,hari mirch,lal mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Baisan shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein,zarda ka rang dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka thick batter tayyar ker lein.
