Xabi Alonso joined FC Bayern in August 2014. Following incredibly successful years at Real Sociedad, FC Liverpool and Real Madrid, Xabi finishes his professional football career at FC Bayern at the end of the 2016/17 season.

We bid our farewell to a player who has given everything on and off the pitch and who now calls time on an extraordinary career. Thank you Xabi!
