POSITIONS OF POWER: The SC Attorney General's Office confirms an elected school board member - who also holds a board seat at a tech college - is violating the state's ban on holding two offices of power at once. The confirmation comes in an emailed opinion to SC Senator Penry Gustafson.
Gustafson, who "promised" action to investigate and fix the violation, has now changed her mind.
