Here's the link to Faz Faz's character mentions video:

I try to get my own footage whenever possible, and trust me i tried. But getting these mentions to trigger on command is not an easy task. Though it seems i'm not the only one with this issue, as many commenters have expressed their troubles seeing the scenes for themselves. All of them featured in my video are ones i seen in my initial playthrough, I just didn't think to record them as i saw them.

{There's much more to say, but i'm pressed for time. I'll update later. Thanks y'all.}

{Update; i am back.}

This video's been a long time coming. Despite mentioning that i didn't originally plan on making this, i started jotting down my notes by the 17th of November. I didn't go into this game planning on doing a video on it, but upon reaching Ares Island and drawing some similarities (that i'll mention in part 2), i became eager to share my thoughts. It's not just for what Frontiers is, but what the series as a whole can be going forward that's got me excited. That's why i mention that a few times in the video. All that will make more sense in part 2.

So about that part 2, it was all meant to be one video from the start. When i mention "bullet point review" at the beginning, well that's all that it was meant to be. Quick mentions of each point i wanted to make, then move on. It did kind of end up like that in a way, i mean i'm not as detailed here as i am in other videos, but i did end up elaborating a bit more than expected. I kind of get carried away when writing, as you can tell by the length of my videos, the ramblings in each of the descriptions (thanks for reading btw), and in some of the replies. Anyway, after reaching page 7 of the script, i decided it was best to split the video up. And i literally wrote it in how i decided to break it up, which i find mildly amusing.

Anyway it's May now. (How did this happen?) I always go on about how time moves faster than i do, so i'll keep this short. (I'm keeping my character count in mind this time too, 5000 limit.) But December had me finishing up my BOTW video before anything big happened on that front. (And look, ironic since TOTK just came out.) I wanted to do my Crisis Core comparison for January. And Forspoken struck just the right nerve in me that i wanted to cover it, even when i told myself to just move on. And then the Searats arrived unexpectedly. All of this pushed Frontiers further and further, but i figured at least i'd have the review out in time for the first DLC...
Yeah, about that. It didn't happen. And i have some speculations for all 3 DLC written in the script. I'm not changing it either, so please bear with me when you hear me prophesizing an update that's been out for a while now. I've already decide i'm going to abstain from any Frontiers updates until part 2 is out, just so none of the editing can even remotely be influenced by the official release. And i've managed to stay away from most info on it too (Though reading comments on this very video could make that a challenge if many people watch it.) But the good thing is alot of the editing is already underway. That's part of the reason this video took longer than it otherwise would have. Even after splitting it up, i knew i wanted to keep the 2 videos consistent within reason. So all of the script was written at once, all of the voice-over was recorded in the same time span, all of the green screen camera sections were shot on the same day, and when recording gameplay footage i always kept in mind the scenarios i'll need for the second portion. All of that is to say that part 1 took a bit longer in hopes that part 2 can come out shortly after. (and by shortly after, i really hope that it doesn't take too, too long.) And more than anything i hope i get it out before DLC2, or some other big announcement that may or may not be covered in part 2.

Speaking of that, i should probably resume work on that, huh? Thanks for watching this video. Thanks for reading all these rambles. And thanks for putting up with the ever-aging quality of my 2010 camcorder i still use to this day. (We can talk about that another time.)

Okay, see you soon.

Edit:
Pssst. Want a sneak peak of the next video? I don't do this often, but since you clicked the description...

I really want to get part 2 out before DLC2, but it's possible that may not happen. Well, we'll see. Thanks again for sticking around.
