Truth be told, it probably costs more than you think to build a Neon SRT4. Obviously there are a million different way to go about building one. In this video I broke down some of the common horsepower goals/levels. Your combo may make more or less than I have listed, this is just to get a general idea. This also assumes you do all the work yourself, and that you are buying EVERYTHING new and name brand. Save yourself some money, some used items are worth the savings, other are not. Make sure to do you research!
