We took a tour of one of the premier baseball facilities in the northeast, VELO U in Pleasantville, NY! They gave us an inside look into their newly renovated state of the art baseball training facility and it was UNREAL.

While we were there a group of Velo U's MLB and MiLB players were throwing some of their final bullpens before heading down to spring training. We got to follow them through their intense workout after throwing and see just what it's like to train at the pro level.
