To fit 33's on a JK with no lift you just need wheels with the right width, offset and backspacing to have it fit right with no rub.

Here's the breakdown of my current setup to fit 33 inch tires on my stock JK. It's a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I suggest getting aftermarket wheels or you might have to use spacers.
