Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is the latest game based on DC Comics and the newest entry into the Batman Arkham Universe, taking place five years after the events of Batman Arkham Knight. It marks Rocksteady's first major release since 2015 and features a mind-controlled Justice League, a consequence of Brainiac's invasion. The Justice League roster includes Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and Green Lantern, while playable characters from the Suicide Squad include Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark, and Captain Boomerang. Post-Arkham Knight, numerous questions arise, such as the status of BatFamily characters like Nightwing, Robin, Red Hood, and Oracle. Similar to Gotham Knights, the game has received a very mixed reception, with criticism directed at both the story and gameplay.
