The Hyundai ioniq6, named from a portmanteau of the words ion and unique, is a super-sleek four-door luxury all electric saloon car, that can give the Tesla Model 3 a proper run for its money. The Hyundai ioniq6 has an ultra-low drag coefficient making it a highly efficient and fast EV, with a cabin that comfortably seats up to five occupants and benefits from various other practicality gains courtesy of Hyundai/Kia’s clever E-GMP vehicle architecture.
Both single-motor RWD models and twin-motor AWD cars can be had in either Premium or Ultimate trim. Ioniq 6's get flush door handles, super comfy seats, leather-faced upholstery, all-round parking cameras, with Ultimate trim cars getting a premium audio system as well as a head-up display. There's also a camera-based digital side mirror system available as a £960 option.

The Hyundai ioniq's aerodynamic shape coupled with a 74kWh battery, is enough for up to 338 miles on a single charge in the 2wd model, which is really good. The ioniq6 is definitely a top performer, with fast charging, quick acceleration, decent range and a spacious interior, making it well worth a test drive if you are in the market for an all electric premium level saloon car.
