The Lilith's Necklace is an item that was added in the 1.4.4 update, and it immediately stands out as being the only "transformation" item in the game. While it is quite powerful, I figured it would be a fun mix up to how the game is typically played, and for an additional challenge I decided to play without armor for the entire run.
